So I finally decided to sign-up for a blogspot account. I guess I'd like to make this the more liberated, expressive journal. Other than that, I'd like to get in touch with friends who are blogspot users. :)
So what's up in my life? The only thing I've been preoccupied with lately is my dubbing workshop, which started late May. It's held every Saturday, and we'll be having our last (but I think it'll be extended) session this coming Sat, June 24.
Other than that, I've been passing a lot of resumes in Makati... I initially wanted to pursue production, but I realized that I need to be more practical, and so I decided to apply for ad agencies in the meantime.. I want to help out my family more... I mean, we have a fairly comfortable life, but I feel like dead weight because I could be working already and contributing money for the household expenses, but I'm not.
I've been bumming around at home for the past 2 months.. Well, actually, I was malling a lot last month with my barkada, but eventually I drained my graduation money and now I'm running on borrowed money.
I've taken 2 exams already, and I think they were fairly easy, but so far they haven't called. :(
My cousin told me to be patient, because these things really take time. I guess I should stop comparing myself to other people who got jobs as early as May. They were all honors people anyway.
There's a call center that's really nearby. I could spend a minimum of P15 for commute fare everyday if I worked there. It'd be really convenient. But I just don't want to work as a call center agent. Not now. Hopefully not ever, because I want to do something that I'm actually interested in. But of course I know how a practical option it is, given the financial circumstances.
I seriously have to give myself a deadline before I succumb to the call center option.
